Larry Cadorniga, Advisor (Golf Ball Technology)
With over thirty years of research and development experience, Larry is one of the most respected golf ball experts in the industry. Larry is the inventor and patent holder of over twenty US and foreign patents, and has successfully developed, introduced and manufactured over 55 unique products for the golf industry. Larry owns and operates LCC Consulting, a golf ball manufacturing consulting firm. Larry has worked for the largest companies in the golf ball industry, including Wilson Sporting Goods, Acushnet/Titleist, Dunlop-Slazenger Corp., MacGregor Golf Company and Bobby Grace Golf Designs. He has held positions of Director of Golf Ball Operations, Director of Research and Development, Senior Chemist, Manufacturing Manager, Manager of Product Engineering, Manufacturing Supervisor, and Manager of Product Development. Larry started his career in 1968 as a Rubber Chemist with B.F. Goodrich Tire and Rubber Company.
Guy Peters, Advisor (Marketing)
Guy is an award-winning marketing executive with 15+ years of consumer brand marketing experience. Guy is known for creating and growing strong brands. Guy served as RadarCorp's VP Sales and Marketing from 2004 – 2007 where he led the development of our brand and launched our first product. Guy's experience spans multiple industries including golf, beverage, food, and now the medical industry. He is a former Director of US Marketing for TaylorMade-adidas Golf and prior to that he was the Director of Marketing for the Dunlop Slazenger Group Americas overseeing the Maxfli, Dunlop and Slazenger brands. Guy's focus has been on golf ball marketing. He conceived the concept and launch strategy for the Maxfli Noodle which earned numerous awards in 2002 and today represents a very popular brand. Guy has also worked in marketing/brand management roles at Nabisco Foods Group and Cadbury Beverages. He has an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Business Administration from California State University.
Chris Holiday, Advisor (Sales)
Chris Holiday is a sales and marketing executive with over 30 years experience in the golf industry. Mr. Holiday formerly served as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Sales for North America for TaylorMade-adidas Golf. Prior to that, Mr. Holiday served as President of Golfgear International and he held various sales and senior management positions, including Senior V.P. of U.S. Sales during his tenure with Callaway Golf from 1990 – 2001. From 1973 to 1990, and prior to that owned and operated Supreme Golf of Colorado, a Lakewood, CO based golf retailer. Mr. Holiday served as a senior auditor with Arthur Anderson & Company from 1969 to 1972. Mr. Holiday earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a certified public accountant.
