Quentin Cooper, Advisor (Licensing and Corporate Law)
Quentin Cooper is the Founder of QWCooper, a law firm in Woodside, California. Mr. Cooper has extensive experience in technology licensing, business development and intellectual property law. Prior to starting QW Cooper, Quentin was Senior Director of Corporate Development at Oracle Corporation where he managed in-bound licensing activities and helped facilitate the post-acquisition integration of Siebel Systems, Inc. Prior to Oracle, he was Executive Director of Business Development and Senior Corporate counsel at Siebel Systems. Before joining Siebel, Mr. Cooper held positions of Director of Legal Affairs and Director of Would Wide Licensing at eGain Communications Corp. Previously he was licensing counsel at Vantive Corp., which was acquired by PeopleSoft, Inc. in 1999. Before moving to in-house practice, Mr. Cooper worked for various law firms including Hopkins & Carley, the Peninsula IP Group and Groom & Cave, LLC. Mr. Cooper served as the Vice-Chair of the Corporate Law Departments Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California and as adjunct professor at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business where he taught Business Law. He received his JD and MBA respectively from Santa Clara University's School of Law and Leavey School of Business, where he was a Business Graduate Fellow. Quentin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco (cum laude), where he was a George Mayer, George Gillson and Fr. William Dunne Scholar. Mr. Cooper has lectured on a range of topics related to technology licensing and distribution and employment law. His recent speaking engagements include repeat appearances at the American Conference Institute’s Advanced Forum on Software Licensing and Distribution and Software Licensing Agreements. Mr. Cooper holds several professional affiliations and is a member of the California State Bar.

David J. Domeier, Advisor (Finance)
David Domeier has 30 years of financial management experience in various positions within a number of industries. David served from 1995 to 2000 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Aureal Inc., a semiconductor and software provider of 3-D audio technology for the PC marketplace. Prior to that, he served for eleven years in a number of senior financial positions with Safeway Inc., one of the largest grocery retailers in the world. He was Senior Vice President and corporate controller for several years, as well as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the Northern California Retail Division, Safeway’s largest operating division. Before joining Safeway, David served as Controller for The Robert A. McNeil Corporation, a national real estate syndication and property management firm, and Cambridge Plan International, a diet products company. He earned his CPA certification with Deloitte and Touche in San Francisco, and his BS in Business Administration at California State University - Fresno. Since retiring in 2000, David has been an active corporate advisor, an independent investor and teaches business classes at Diablo Valley College in San Ramon, California.

Keith Scott, Advisor (Technology Executive)
Keith Scott is a seasoned executive in the technology industry. Keith is currently CEO of UltraCell Corporation, an emerging fuel cell technology company. Prior to UltraCell, Keith orchestrated the acquisition of NHT (Now Hear This), a high-end home theater equipment manufacturer. Keith has held the CEO position at multiple companies and has over 20 years experience in software and supply chain management. Keith was SVP Sales and Marketing at Alien Technology, a leader in the RFID market where he was responsible for building their go to market strategy. He was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Red Rock Ventures where he held interim CEO positions for portfolio companies and assisted in deal generation and evaluation. He served as CEO for venture-backed supply chain companies: Openshelf.com and Bindco, both of which were acquired. He also served as board member for SpinCircuit.com, a product life cycle management software company, which was an investment of Flextronics, Avnet and Cadence. Previously, Mr. Scott served as CEO of Metcal, Inc., a proprietary heating technology company with products in electronics manufacturing, commercial foodservice and natural gas distribution equipment. He also was Sr. VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Flextronics International, one of the world's largest providers of electronics manufacturing services. Mr. Scott holds an MBA and a BA from UCLA.
